Responsibilities

The Immediate Response Center (IRC) provides outstanding incident management services based on ITIL standard methodologies. The IRC Event Management (EM) represents a subset of IRC operations, crafted to minimize potential client database, system, network, and application incidents through a combination of proactive monitoring techniques and brand new automated tools. As a Technical Support Engineer I, you will provide technical support for internal tools/applications and processes.
In this role, you will proactively supervise system/application alarms, investigate, analyze, resolve, or advance alarms and service requests. Your responsibility also includes, prioritizing and leading work queue in accordance with service level agreements, detailing investigation and issue resolution, prioritising issues to appropriate second-level resources for resolution, investigating and diagnosing performance issues of tools/applications. Additionally, you will fix by capturing information, shadowing end users, testing workflows internally/externally, analyzing log files, querying tables, and updating database fields.
Basic Qualification
At least 4 years total combined completed higher education and/or related work experience including Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent meaningful work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
 

• At least 1 year experience in Application Support and SQL
• Good knowledge and hands on Experience with Linux and SQL

We are seeking young, dynamic individuals currently pursuing their final year undergraduate studies in the following streams:

• ·         B.Com
• ·         BBA / BBM
• ·         B.Sc (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics)
• ·         B.A (Material Management)

As a Graduate Commercial Trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive training journey encompassing functions such as Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Site Administration, Industrial Relations, Purchase, Stores, Material Management & Time Office. The specific function will be assigned based on your interests and capabilities.

Training Period: 12 months of on-the-job training starting from the date of joining.

Compensation :

Office Based Posting: Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum

Project Site Based Posting: Rs. 3,57,000/- per annum

Eligibility Guidelines:

·         Academics: Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% or more up to 4 Semesters in their undergraduate program.

·         Mode of Study: Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Dual-degree programs, part-time, or correspondence courses are not considered.

·         Backlogs / Arrears: No backlogs (past or live) during the undergraduate course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only.

·         Age: Candidates born between 1 July 2001 and 30 June 2006 (both days inclusive) are eligible.

·         Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.

·         Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by our Chief Medical Officer.
