We're looking for full-stack developers to help us build and grow Instahyre. Over the last couple of years, Instahyre achieved fantastic traction in the market with a lean team, with hundreds of customers ranging from the fastest-growing startups like Swiggy, PhonePe, and Postman, to the world's largest corporations like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Walmart, Intel and more.

The role:

We are a lean team and you'll work on the entire technology stack for each feature you build, which includes the backend, frontend and any deployment automation required. You role will be to build new features, improve them based on customer feedback, and scale them as usage grows while ensuring performance and security.

Every engineer who has spent more than a year at Instahyre has improved drastically, at a much faster pace than at their previous workplaces. You'll learn backend, frontend, devops and user experience.

If you want to work on new technologies for the sake of it then we are not a good fit. If you want to build a great product loved by customers, then join us!

Expectations:

Our backend is written in Python/Django, frontend is AngularJS and database is MySQL. You don't need to know these technologies as long as you're willing to work on them here.

In terms of technical knowledge, you just need to have strong fundamental knowledge of computer systems and web systems. You should be good in at least one backend programming language - Python/Django is a bonus.

Please note that this is not an internship role. We are only considering folks who have graduated or are graduating in the next month or so. Please don't apply if you're still a student.
