• Be the face of Zoho with prospects, customers, and partners

• Connect with prospects to understand their requirements and map them with product capabilities

• Engage in voice, email, and chat-based support

• Diagnose and solve application issues

• Analyze and understand the needs of the users and provide timely solutions

• Handle product demos, implementation, and training

Work Location: Chennai

Note:

• Should be willing to work night shifts and rotational shifts with rotational leaves
