Detailed Eligibility:

Position Title: Junior Field Support Engineer

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering

· 0 to 1 year of relevant experience

· Preference for candidates with prior experience in Power Utility

· Familiarity with SCADA/control systems; knowledge of OSI Monarch SCADA system is advantageous

· Understanding of SCADA protocols such as IEC101, IEC104, MODBUS, and DNP

· Proficiency in SQL databases including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle

· Strong grasp of basic networking skills, including troubleshooting on Windows OS, Red Hat OS, switches, and firewalls

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct meetings independently

· Strong troubleshooting abilities

· Basic knowledge of computer programming, with exposure to C programming preferred

· Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

· Willingness and flexibility to travel to domestic and international customer sites (less than 10% travel annually)

Responsibilities:

· Conducting AMC activities at customer sites

· Troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating customer incidents promptly and professionally in accordance with maintenance contracts and warranties

· Documenting all customer interactions

· Contributing innovative ideas for enhancing customer service and improving service quality continuously

· Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and keeping up-to-date with new technologies and trends

· Collaborating with other technical teams for support and assistance in daily operations.
