Position: Software Development Engineer I – Frontend

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree (B.E. or B.Tech) in Computer Science or related fields

·        1 to 3 years of experience in developing UI-intensive features, preferably within a highly utilized B2B SaaS environment

 

Requirements:

·        Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

·        Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js (or React or Angular)

·        Thorough understanding of prevalent web services technologies including GraphQL, REST, and Web Hooks

·        Familiarity with one or more testing tools such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Mocha, Cypress.io, etc.

·        Deep understanding of UI code compilation, packaging, and distribution management

 

Responsibilities:

·        Taking ownership of critical UI modules

·        Managing frontend build and testing systems

·        Ensuring the technical viability of UI/UX designs and their successful implementation

·        Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

·        Developing reusable components and frontend libraries for future projects

·        Collaborating with Backend, Data Science, and DevOps teams for API design and implementation

·        Optimizing UI applications for enhanced performance and scalability
